Hi, I’m Aimée a High Intensity Psychological Therapist, ADHD specialist, and trauma-informed practitioner with a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals across clinical, educational, justice, and corporate settings.

 

I primarily work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), while also drawing from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to offer a flexible, person-centred approach that’s responsive to the unique needs of each client or organisation I support.

 

I’ve been closely involved in the development of specialist NHS ADHD services, including the design and delivery of group therapy programmes. In 2023, I was thrilled to be nominated for the NHS Patient Choice Award in recognition of this work. I also provide diagnostic assessments for adult ADHD, supporting individuals to better understand themselves and access the right care.

 

Within the criminal justice system, I’ve delivered ADHD and neurodiversity training and have conducted assessments and written psychological reports for court. This work has been integral in promoting understanding of neurodivergence in complex and often underserved contexts.

 

In the corporate world, I support organisations to build inclusive and neurodiversity-friendly cultures — advising on strategy, workplace adjustments, and how to better engage and support neurodiverse employees and clients.

 

I also work confidentially with high-profile and executive-level clients, providing discreet, specialist psychological support that recognises the unique pressures of leadership, visibility, and performance.

 

Whether I’m working with individuals, teams, or systems, my goal is always to reduce stigma, improve access to meaningful support, and create environments where neurodiverse individuals feel seen, understood, and able to thrive.
